Sky Ridge Farm and Kitchen is a bio-intensive, small-scale family farm in Middleburgh, NY.  We grow a curated array of vegetables and herbs, selecting varieties with excellent flavor and distinctive appeal that inspire healthy eating and culinary adventure. Our regenerative farming practices, drawn from indigenous and science-based wisdom, limit soil disruption, add compost and manure to boost soil vitality, and handle pest and weed control without the use of synthetic chemicals.  We are honored to collaborate with nature to provide diverse, delicious nutrient-dense food.
